Bishop Haywood and Co-Pastor Wanda Parker are both Generals in the Kingdom of God. They are anointed, appointed, and chosen for such a time as this. They are true examples of what many would define as a power couple. They walk in God’s power, authority, and dominion and empower others to do the same. They both have unique giftings, abilities, and strengths that support each other in ministry while allowing them to fully embrace their unique ministry styles and individuality.

As the leadership team of Truth Tabernacle Ministries, they are unified in spirit, mighty in power, unshakeable in their faith, and intertwined in purpose and vision. They stand for God as His people fulfilling His divine purpose. The Parkers have been mentors to many sons and daughters enabling them to rise up and fulfill their Kingdom assignment.  They are considered role models when it comes to ministry. Ecclesiastes Chapter 4:9-12 says it this way, “Two are better than one; because they have a good reward for their labor. For if they fall, the one will lift up his fellow: but woe to him that is alone when he falleth; for he hath not another to help him up.  Again, if two lie together, then they have heat: but how can one be warm alone?  And if one prevail against him, two shall withstand him; and a threefold cord is not quickly broken.”
